1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RVC Capital platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

RVC Capital provides an AI-driven enterprise diagnostic platform that generates valuation assessments, pitch decks, and capital advisory insights based on information you submit. All outputs are advisory in nature and do not constitute investment, legal, or financial advice.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at privacy@rvccapital.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information with intent to manipulate diagnostic outputs.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, AI models, design, and all content created by RVC Capital, is owned by RVC Capital and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the data and documents you submit. RVC Capital is granted a limited licence to process your submitted data solely to deliver the services described herein.

6. Confidentiality

RVC Capital treats the financial and operational information you submit as strictly confidential. Sensitive fields are redacted before AI processing. We will not disclose your submission data to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RVC CAPITAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DIAGNOSTIC OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. ALL OUTPUTS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RVC CAPITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO RVC CAPITAL IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
